双金属温度计是如何工作的?
该温度计的双金属片由两种具有不同膨胀系数的金属(“双金属”)制成的***层压薄板加工而成。该金属片在温度发生变化时会弯曲,且弯曲程度和温度变化成比例。针对双金属片,已开发了两种不同测量系统——螺旋缠绕式和螺旋卷绕式。一旦温度发生变化,双金属弹簧就会产生机械形变,然后在弹簧形式的机械作用力下旋转。如果固定双金属测量系统金属条的一端,则另一端可带动指针轴旋转。该温度计的测量范围为-70°C至+600°C,精度等级达EN 13190 class 1和2。
